When we add the OAM as Identity Provider with LDAP to the IDCS and assign it to an Application, every user has access to the application which are in the OAM/LDAP and in the Identity Cloud Service. But they are not assigned to the Application. I expect that only users have access, which are assigned to the application. I'm wrong? Or are the configurations maybe wrong?
