How to apply security when granting access to Transaction Console?

Applying HCM Data security on Security Console

Content

Hi,

I have granted an access to "Transaction Console" to one of our custom role as mentioned in metalink note 2430452.1. I have assigned the "ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB"  role to my custom role as mentioned in that note. Currently that custom role has security profile check in place and due to which any person who has that role will be able to see only India LE data.

But after assigning the "Transaction Console" related role i.e. "ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB" to the custom role, I am seeing that an employee who has that custom role is able to view all the transactions i.e. transactions made by US, India and UK employees. Is there a way to restrict the transactions, so that they can only see the India specific transactions i.e. the security that is there on the custom role?

Howdy, Stranger!
