Direct Integration to ERP Not Working

After the Feb 2020 patch has anyone experienced a failure in the Oracle GL > ARCS Direct Integration? We previously had it set up and working and now it is failing. We've logged an SR on this and are struggling to get traction. We've tested with multiple ID's that have admin access, whitelisted the IP address, recreated cubes, published hierarchies, creating a new connection, etc. Any ideas would be appreciated. 

To note this was previously working, it just stopped on Feb 7. 

Right now when we click "Test Connection" or "Initialize" from the Source System configuration, that process fails providing the following error:
