Posting this in Planning forum since I couldn't find a separate forum for Strategic Workforce Planning.
My question is on the Attrition drivers in Supply Planning. Can you let me know if my understanding is correct for the below pre-defined drivers / calculation logic?
Attrition by Job -
- Takes into account the retirements happening in the year
- Takes into account attrition rates by Job
- Calculates the final Supply FTE and Supply Compensation values
- This is done at the selected job
Attrition by Age Band -
- Takes into account the retirements happening in the year
