Missing Blanket Purchase Agreement information in table PO_HEADERS_ALL

Hello,

The Blanket Purchase Agreement PDF Report that I am working needs to show the Bill-To Location and Ship-To Location.
But when I generate the Blanket Report, the locations didn't appear on the PDF.

I looked at the table PO_HEADERS_ALL and the SHIP_TO_LOCATION_ID and BILL_TO_LOCATION_ID columns were empty.
I don't know where the information are been held, or if it is bug.
