Attempting to import "Essbase Data" from the Artifact Snapshot results in the warning that it is not supported

This is an application that was created from scratch in a EPM Enterprise Cloud - Planning instance - type Custom.

If we try to restore "Essbase Data" in a BSO cube from the Artifact Snapshot, we get the warning that "Essbase data import is only supported during create application", and no data gets imported.

We see this article from the Oracle support KB that says that it restoring data from a hybrid instance into a non-hybrid instance is not supported:
