Unable to import backup in Test from Prod - EPBCS Planning

Shared service related error received when importing backup snapshotContent
Hello Everyone,
I am attempting to update my TEST environment with a fresh copy from production. Below are steps I am taking as well as the errors received during migration
- Delete TEST application
- Download a full backup of PROD
- Execute epmautomate uploadfie in TEST (i was having issues with copysnapshotfrominstance, so i broke it down to avoid debugging)
- Go to TEST, Migration and import the backupfile that was previously uploaded
The result of the import is Failed with errors in the following 2 categories pertaining to the Shared Service part:
