Migrating Reporting Packages from different environments

Error in importing a Reporting Package

We are getting this error when importing to our Production version of Narrative Reporting.  The Export from Dev looks good.  We are in the Library clicked on the Reporting Package and tried to import.  We are not using the Application Portion. 

Does anyone have this issue?
