ICS On Premise Agent Goes down repeatedly

ICS On Premise Agent Goes down repeatedlyContent
We are using On Premise connectivity agent to interact with On Premise DB.
Once in 2-3 days we observe ICS connectivity is lost with agent and agent status is shown in Red in ICS. We need to restart ICS agent from linux in order to make it work.
Anything we need to tune in ICS agent ?
Below are the error we see in ICS admin server log
Caused by: javax.resource.ResourceException: oracle.cloud.cpi.agent.transport.aq.CpiAQException: Message not received within 120 seconds of wait interval.
