FND Lookup does not return more than 1000 values in the Application Composer MAP UI

We have a FND Lookup that have about 1300 values.

This Lookup is used for picking up the Facility.

We are ensuring the Facility will have enough filer criteria where results does not return more than 30 values at one time.

Our Hierarchy is Operating Area->Franchise->Division->District->Facility

So for effective and fast performance, we are filtering the results based on above hierarchy.

There is a limitation in the Map Interface of the Application Composer where it does not return more than 1000 values so we are not able to map all Facilities to the parent  District.
