Workforce isn't calculating current month


Our monthly process for workforce is to clear current month outwards. Once it's cleared we then load new data for current month, run process loaded data for current month, then sync defaults. Normally this will recalculate all cleared out months with new salary/benefits/taxes/etc. 

After the latest update we are noticing the current month is not being calculated for salary and other benefits/taxes that are dependent on the base salary. This appears to be causing benefits/taxes that are normally capped at a certain amount to be calculate over the limit as the current month total isn't being taken into account.
