Requirement is to fetch and open the internal document (attachment) from offer approval notification. Currently we are not able to do this for JPMC. Offer attachments are visible to Recruiting users but not candidates. Unfortunately there is no such attachment in offer page which are not candidate facing.
We have used internal documents which are available in candidate job application area (20 A feature) and embed that token in offer approval notification RTF by modifying the data model.
We have modified the data model and included the token for “internal documents” section but it seems we are able to view just the name of the attachment but not actual attachment (document).
