HI,

Dear, we are trying to create SR trough DCS User, we have mapped a custom field on SR form to select Assigned To name from the List, when we create SR with out select anything from this LOV, then we can create the SR successfully but when we select the assignee name from the LOV, it returns an error

'You don't have sufficient privileges to add or remove team members. (SVC-5295019)',

we have tried the same process trough DSC developer user but didn't get any error.

Please guide us, which role is required to assign the DCS User to create the SR with assignee name. or let us know which role is required for DCS User trough which it can add or remove team members.
