As part of an audit, we've been asked to start providing a list of changes to reports in PBCS.  We have the audit function turned on, but none of those pertain to reports.  I know that there is a system report to show information about forms, but I don't see one for reports.  Is there any way to view what changed when a report was last modified?  I've tried to research this, but I'm not finding anything.
