REST API that allows the ability to feed members into a report for bursting?

A customer is looking for the ability to use the REST API in conjunction with report Book bursting to feed the members in that they want to burst the report on.

I don't believe I'm seeing this feature. One of our customers is asking if it's possible to use the REST API in conjunction with Narrative Reporting to run a report Book burst that would allow the bursting members to be fed into it. For instance, they want to same report to be run 100 times, for the 100 specific entity members that they feed in (vs. using parts/pieces of the hierarchy). This is to create an "automated" way to handle this until full bursting is available later this calendar year. Hopefully, that makes sense.
