Can we reserve supplies against Transfer Orders

In a constrained planning system, we can reserve supplies such as On Hand, PO's, PR's etc against high priority customers and high valued Sales Orders. Can it be done for Transfer Orders?

In a constrained planning system, we can reserve supplies such as On Hand, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders etc against high priority customers and high valued Sales Orders. This is a seeded functionality available in Supply Planning Application.
Can we do the same, i.e. reserve supplies for Transfer Orders? If yes, how can we do the same.
