Utilize the Project Cost Collection Flexfield to ensure that Requesters can charge only the projects they have been assigned to while entering Requisitions..

Use the 'Requester' parameter to limit the Project list of values while entering requisitions to only those projects for which the current user/requester has been assigned as a project team member/resource.

 

Steps to Enable

  • Create a new Value Set
  • Assign the Value Set to the 'PROJECT_ID' segment in the 'POR: Requisition' context of the Project Costing Details Flexfield.
  • Deploy the Flexfield
  • See detailed instructions in the 'Configure the Project Costing Details Flexfield'
