This post provides you a summary of the questionnaire response life cycle.

After an initiative is launched, questionnaires are sent to supplier or internal responders to collet responses. When the responder responds to the questionnaire, the system keeps track of the answer and supporting documents that are required in the response.

Draft:

Responders can see response in ‘Drafts’ status. It includes responses that have started but not submitted yet by the responder. When responding to questionnaires, responders can save their response as a draft and update it later.

Submitted:

The questionnaire response becomes “Submitted” once the responder submits the response and before the response is reviewed or accepted by the qualification manager.
