Approval functionality sits outside of the Capital Planning.

I am looking at Capital Planning and within the Investments Tile, there are fields to list justifications. I do not see where Capital Planning module can handle approve/rejected decisions on capital assets investments. Is this functionality within the module? Thanks in advance.
