We are in RUX, TEST and performing an address change.  There are no List of Values, when we Navigate to City, State nor Zip.  Did something not pass on our address setup from Classic to RUX.  In our Classic View environment, we had enabled the link to Taxing jurisdictions and when we entered a zip code, a pop up would appear for our City, County and State combination, then default that in to the fields.
