Which table links a Revenue or Bill Plan to a Contract Line?

When I go to a Contract, and open the Contract, and click into Billing, and click onto a Revenue or Bill Plan, I can associate the plan with a Contract Line.

I'm trying to find which table holds the link between the Bill / Revenue plan and the Contract Line.

I thought it might be the PJB_CNTRCT_PROJ_LINKS_PK table, but I think that just holds the link between the Contract Line and the Project and Task.

I have tested adding a new Bill Plan, and I can see a new line appears in PJB_BILL_PLANS_B, and then I associate that to a Contract Line, but no new line appears in PJB_CNTRCT_PROJ_LINKS_PK.
