Reaching out to all Data Management experts

We have setup file-based integration which brings along additional reference columns other than the dimensions and data columns. This was setup as user wanted to view this additional information coming from source data. These additional columns were setup as Lookup columns in DM and are accessible via a drill through. 

But the way this information shows up on drill through screen is not so user friendly. By default only dimension column and data columns are displayed and user needs to choose 'show all columns' to view other columns. Is there a way we can configure to show only those columns which are relevant?
