User Roles for subject areas

Hi is there somewhere where I can see what security is needed to see a subject area. I have built a report using Workforce Management - Absence Real Time and I expected the user to be able to see the report as they sit in HR and I have assigned a user role which they have (called ARQ HR Helpdesk) but they see an error saying they do not have privalges. So I think then I need to assign another user role to them, but would like to see a list of what security is set for each subject area as this
