What is the OIC Date function to get UK datetime

Summary

Currently my user preferences are set for UK London timezone.When used currentdatetime function oic return 1hr less.Example when time in uk was 7.51 it returned 6.51.

Currently my user preferences are set for UK London timezone.When used currentdatetime function oic return 1hr less.Example when time in uk was 7.51am  it returned 6.51.am.I do see fn:adjust-dateTime-to-timezone oic function .Request one of you to let me know how can i get correct currentdatetime for UK London timezone
