Thailand Localization Reports PND1, PND3, PND53 reports are not working as expected.
We have followed Oracle Thailand localization steps and created transactions, generated required reports (WHT reports) but PND reports are not generating in the instance.

Configured localization steps as per guide
Performed the Payable transactions (created Invoice (Required Fields First Party, Third Party, Supplier Tax Invoice & Date, Invoice Line level Selected Revenue type as "CHAPTER 1, 2"& payment made)
Generated WHT certification report
Ran PND reports but not generating even though all required steps in place.

Created SR# 3-22918282791 with oracle for the issue, can you please let me know what steps I am missing.
