How to pass instance details to third party applications?

Current setup - Third party app in Apex integrated into Oracle SaaS ERP with tokens and using Page Integration. The app integrates data into ERP using the APEX form. Issue is when P2T happens the PROD url + token gets copied across which exposes the PROD instance.
Is there anyway we can pass the instance details to third party applications from Oracle ERP ? We looked at JWT but it does not have the instance details.
