CPQ 19D - MS Dynamics 365 integration errors.

I'm trying to integrate CPQ 19D with Dynamics 365 2019 version. The integration guide available in the Help is old and not updated on par with latest updates in Dynamics and Azure.

I'm trying to integrate CPQ 19D with Dynamics 365 2019 version. The integration guide available in the Help is old and not updated on par with latest updates in Dynamics and Azure.

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the integration guide and I see and 404 Not Found error when tried to create a quote.

So here is what my basic questions are related to this integration:

  1. Integration guide talks about CPQ user integration with Azure and the settings in CPQ happen through an Oracle SR. Don't we need a dynamics login to have associated login in CPQ?. If required, how do we setup that?
