CTO and OTBI practical tip as of 20A

Dear SCPers!

There are 2 points I would like to bring to ease troubleshooting and avoid filing SRs in the following scenarios.

1. OTBI fix will come in 20C. Without OTBI option Demand should run successfully. Doc ID 2665653.1

2. CTO. When implementing CTO, we recommend using USE_SCALED_QUERIES_CTO profile parameter equals true. After turning this parameter, please make sure, there is no parent(nvl(...)) expression but nvl(parent(...)..). Doc ID 2659413.1
