MR Book Missing POV in Planning

In Planning Cloud, a connection was set up to Narrative Reporting instance.  A custom navigation flow was created with a Card for Management Reports from the NR instance.  The Card contains reports and books.  Both execute, however, the books do not allow changing the POV like the reports do.  When the books are executed in NR, the POV is available to change.

Is there a setting or preference specific to books that needs to be updated?  Or is this a bug?
