VBCS Build and deployment template

We have build template with Oracle SOA suite, Maven,  Ruby etc and i'm following the instruction given on the blog to automate the build and deploy of applications but it is failing with below error. Can you please suggest what all the software needs to be made available on Build template to automate the VBCS builds?
