Hello All,

I would like to know instead using the paas platform to develop application in VBCS, could be used a specific IDE local in our laptop.

And for the deployment, could we used the same technique as oracle ADF we build the ear and then deployed in any weblogic server.

My point is that we had some client who don't what to be on the could and still using VBCS as a development tools.

How far this is possible and any documentation / suggestion / tutorial / tools would be very informative.
