We want to create 2 almost identical roles. The only difference is, that the one should include one more privilege than the other, as the managers in one of our Legal Entities need an extra privilege.  

To avoid the task of having to maintain 2 almost identical role, I consider to do as following:

For all our managers with the basic need, I would:

1.       Create a basic manager job role

2.       Create a data role which inherits the basic job role

3.       Auto assign the role to the users in the applicable LE’s
