OIC mapping - nested for-each payload building

Content

I have a DB node GetRest with a select that gives 2 rows.  For each of those two rows I need another another DB node GetTeeth to get 1 or more rows from another table.  See PL/SQL code I am trying to replace below..  Do I need to create a for-each node in my integration or can I do all this in mapping with repeated elements?  I have tried both methods but get errors for different reasons, so I am not exactly sure how to do this.  Both iar files are attached.

Howdy, Stranger!
