Change of consolidation method from Equity to Not Consolidated

After changing the consolidation method from Equity to Not Consolidated, the entity is still contributing to the parent entity

Hi,

We have a case where the consolidation method changes from Equity to Not Consolidated at some point. I would expect the consolidation change to be reflected on Disposal movement, clearing the CB in Elimination (in this case OB Prior Period reversed on Disposal movement). However, the entity is still contributing to the parent even though it's Not Consolidated. 

Have any of you experienced a similar issue? 

Support has suggested the following workaround - it didn't work in our case. This should work out of the box, I assume.
