First time poster.

We are currently building infolets to sit on the Newsfeed homepage. We are building front view, back view and detailed reports for different use cases.  Using the employee id filter per the attached screen shot is working well for the standard account manager / sales manager roles.

However, for custom roles and custom security predicates the employee id is not working well to reflect the users normal business view.  I for example have a custom "demand planner" role which is a read only global view. As i don't own opportunities, my infolet returns blank.  But i can run analytics reports etc for opportunities.
