Canada: Federal Contractors Program

Track Canadian Designated Group Information

Content

I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to allow employees to self-disclose if they are a member of a designated group as defined by the Canadian Federal Government (Federal Contractors Program).  We currently have a manual form that employees fill out during onboarding and have HR manually track these details in the Extensible Flexfields under Person Management.  We would like to have employees be able to self-disclose directly in Oracle.

In the USA, there is a built-in, Oracle-delivered process for those employees to track similar types of information in Demographics in Employee Self Serve.  I would like to see a similar process for Canadians.

Howdy, Stranger!
