Demand Planning: collect the correct shipment disregarding a shipment with a referenced RMA


Demand Planning currently only collects all shipment history, when we define this option. However, we have the business case where Customer sends back defective items or gives up of an order or item. In this case, we continue to collect the shipment but we need to adjust manually based on reports the Shipment History.

Is not possible to include an option to disregard a SO Shipment when there is a referenced RMA returning this material back to Inventory?
