SSO Users v Non-SSO Users



In our Fusion application we have two category of users; internal corporate users and external users (i.e. suppliers).  We have a sync job created between Fusion and IDCS that takes all users and creates / updates them in IDCS.  If the user newly created in IDCS it sends out a 'Welcome' email to the end-user with a link to activate their account.

Ideally, what we would like to do is for the 'Welcome' email to be sent to our External users, as they need to activate their accounts in IDCS, but just send a notification to internal users stating their accounts are ready to use via SSO (no need to activate accounts as they will be coming in via SSO).
