QTD Values inconsistent

Hi,

for two IC-accounts we see unexpected behaviour concerning QTD data. I would expect the movement FCCS_ClosingBalance to be equal in all views (Periodic, QTD, HYTD and YTD) as it concerns a Balance and not a flow. However, for two IC accounts this is not always the case.

In the screenshot the last ICP (ICP_E2159) shows the issue. The QTD in cell O23 is zero for FCCS_ClosingBalance, equal to the (correct) behaviour of the movement member M_3001 a row below that. The entire movement takes place in Q1 and the movement in Q2 is zero, so it is ok that cell O24 is zero. However, cell O23 must be 35 and not zero.
