Learning due dates

Overdue learning can't be completed once due date has passed

Content

Hi everyone,

We have a learning initiative set up that assigns a piece of required eLearning to new starters when they join the organisation. The due date is 7 days from when the learner is enrolled.

If the learner doesn't complete it within 14 days, although it appears in their Current Learning as overdue, an error message is received to say the assignment is overdue and so they can't access it. It requires an administrator to manually adjust the due date before the learner can complete it.

We've had a set up like this before but I don't recall there being access issues if a due date had passed. Is this expected behaviour and is there a way I can prevent this happening? It's mandatory learning, so whether or not they're overdue we still want them to complete it...

Howdy, Stranger!
