When supplier tries to submit a profile change request via portal, all tabs except the contact are hidden

Content

When logged in as Supplier Self-Service Administrator in the portal, a supplier attempting to change the profile information is presented with only a tab to edit contacts. All other tabs pertaining to Org Derails, Addresses, Tax Identifiers, Payments, Business Classifications and Products Services are hidden.

We want the supplier to be able to update their Products and Services offerings, but unable to do so.

I checked the roles for the supplier, and they seem alright to me. The supplier has Self-Service administrator role assigned.
