Ability to import constraining of LOVs

Description

There is a feature to constrain values of FCL field with another FCL field's values. Currently, we have to do this manually and it is very hectic and time-consuming as if there are 100 values in Field1 and want to do constraining with values of Field2, then we have to manually do constraining of all 100 fields manually. We want an ability to do this constraining by an Import feature ( just like we import LOV values for a field).

Use Case and Business Need

 Business requirement is to get an ability to import constraining of Fields.
