Checklist - Due date according to the action

Hi, 

Currently, we have the possibility to define the allocation criteria for checklist. Offset day is calculate according to the allocation criteria (for exemple Hire) and the task duration is calculate according to the allocated date. 

My issue is : If I Hire a candidate the june,17th, I set the task with offset day -7 in order to have the task available 7 days before the hiring date. This criteria is ok for me. But I would like to define an expiration date according the Hiring date and not from the allocation date. So I cannot use the "task duration" because it is calculate from the allocation date.
