Summary

Daily bank statement file (csv) does not have all the bank accounts listed on Saturdays therefore previously loaded balances are getting removed and replaced.

Customer receives bank files (CSV format) daily which contain all bank accounts for the region. They will receive files on Saturday for the accounts that had activity which will be for a handful of accounts only. Once this file is processed any balances for the bank accounts processed on Friday will be removed if the bank account is not in the Saturday file.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?

I have tried creating two locations and only mapping one bank account to a profile in each location and ignoring the res. When I then process the same file for both locations data is still being blanked out. Using snapshot mode for the loading. A merge option would resolve this is there anything like this in ARCS?
