Need to know how we can manage AFE’s (The Authority for Expenditures) in Cloud PPM. AFE's are commonly used in oil and gas sector so need to know if oracle has any solution on this . Thanks. 

Some of the key requirements are :

o             Initiation of an AFE request with supporting documents.

o             Routing of AFE for reviews and internal and external approvals

o             Tracking of AFE status

o             Monitoring of AFE spent against approved budget
