Inactive Assignment AORs appearing in UI while previewing Employee's active assignment

Hi community,

Curious if there is a way to limit the AORs that appear in the UI to only the AORs related to the employee's active assignment? When we view the employee's active assignment record, and select the option to view the AORs, both sets of AORs appear for employees with prior inactive assignments.

The reason we would like to remove the AORs from view when reviewing the active assignment is for the below reasons:

1. Eliminate confusion for end-users when previewing employee's AORs
2. Checklist tasks configured to assign to AORs notifies previous assignment AORs AND new assignment AORs, so instead, we would like to make changes to ensure only the AORs for the new/current work relationship are notified/assigned when the Checklist tasks are assigned these allocated tasks.
