Block Update/Access to one cube within EPBCS application

Is it possible to Block Update/Access to one BSO Cube?

We have EPBCS with 3 cubes (1 ASO, 2 BSO) and we would like to block updates/access to one BSO cube while running large calculations but allow read access to ASO cube. I know we can put whole application (all cubes) in Admin mode. How can this be done? Any idea would be appreciated.
