I have not done a ton of hybrid development.  I want to know if others are having this issue.  In a BSO cube, I do this all the time.  Let's say I use a formula a lot in a calculation, or it is an if statement that I don't want to clog up my business rules with.  Or, I have a default rate at something like no product / no entity.  So, I would have a member formula named default_rate, it would be set to dynamic storage, and the formula would be something like this.
