Seniority date rules setup
Summary
Rule for First Date of Hire into a particular countryContent
Hi All,
I am working on setting up a seniority date rule where the date defaults to the first date of hire into a particular country.
I believe the best setup for this would be at Enterprise/Person level with Cumulative as No and a fast formula to do the adjustment. Is this approach correct?
Has anyone implemented this solution? If yes, can you please share the details for the same?
For example, Original Hire Date US
Employee hire US - 15 Mar, 2005; Terminated - 26 July, 2016
Employee rehire CA - 25 June 2017; Terminated - 30 Dec, 2019
