Pivot Salary Data For Employee Population

Want to display salary data for employee population without summing the data

Content

Hi - I am trying to create a pivot table in OTBI that would show salary data and how many employees fall into that salary based on job title and department. However, when I am adding the salary field into the report, it is giving the grand total of the hourly wages for all employees that fall into that department and job title.

For example, I have 41 employees in a specific department that make 9 different distinct hourly wage amounts. However, instead of having 9 rows, I have one row that tells me the grand total of their hourly wages is 680.00

Howdy, Stranger!
